DAS ERWARTET DICH

Gemeinsam mit uns und unseren Kunden entwickelst Du Gesamtsysteme (Hardware und Software) im Bereich Schiffbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik und Automobil.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden entwickelst Du Verständnis für deren Herausforderungen und Lösungsstrategien, um Potenzial in Performance zu verwandeln.
Du hilfst unseren Kunden (Industrieunternehmen) bei der Lösungsfindung insb. in den Bereichen Anforderungsmanagement und Requirements Engineering, Systemarchitekturen, -analyse, -design und -integration, Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen und Handlungsempfehlungen.
Du wirkst an der Entwicklung neuer Beratungsmodelle mit.
Du übernimmst vollumfassende Verantwortung für ein inhaltlich herausforderndes Kundenprojekt und die Führung des Projektteams.
Zielgerichtet entwickelst Du Methoden und Tools für die Systementwicklung weiter.
Du führst Trainings zum Systems Engineering bei Kunden durch.
Du handelst vertrieblich im Rahmen des Kundenauftrags.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (M.Sc., Diplom oder Dr.) der Fachrichtung Informatik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung.
Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Systems Engineering, gerne auch im PLM, in einem Industrieunternehmen mit.
Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit dem V-Modell und mit agilen Methoden.
Du hast Erfahrung in der Programmierung und mit Datenbanken.
Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Kommunikationsstärke, strukturiertes Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz zeichnen Dich aus.
Du verfügst über eine hohe Kundenorientierung und Reisebereitschaft (vier bis fünf Tage die Woche sowie i.d.R. ein Teamtag in Lüneburg). Auch gelegentliche Auslandsreisen sind für Dich eine willkommene Abwechslung.
Du hast keine Scheu vor Unbekanntem und liebst neue Herausforderungen.

Your mission

Together with us and our customers, you will develop complete systems (hardware and software) in the shipbuilding, aerospace and automotive sectors.
In close cooperation with our customers, you will develop an understanding of their challenges and solution strategies in order to transform potential into performance.
You will help our customers (industrial companies) to find solutions, especially in the areas of requirements management and requirements engineering, system architectures, analysis, design and integration, derivation of optimization potentials and recommendations for action.
You will be involved in the development of new consulting models.
You will assume full responsibility for a challenging customer project and lead the project team.
You will develop methods and tools for system development in a targeted manner.
You will conduct systems engineering training sessions for customers.
You will act in a sales capacity within the scope of the customer order.

Your profile

You have a degree (M.Sc., Diplom or Dr.) in computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field of study.
You have several years of professional experience in systems engineering, preferably also in PLM, in an industrial company.
You are familiar with the V-model and agile methods.
You have experience in programming and databases.
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
You are characterized by strong communication skills, structured work, the ability to work in a team and social skills.
You are highly customer-oriented and willing to travel (four to five days a week and usually one team day in Lüneburg). Occasional trips abroad are also a welcome change for you.
You are not afraid of the unknown and love new challenges.
